Job Description

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to clients in a timely manner via incoming call, email, or, chat.
  • Identifying clients' needs and helping them use specific features, such as the website, online applications, background reports, etc.
  • Collaborating with other teams regarding client status.
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
  • Respond to emails and place outbound calls to clients and renters as necessary.
  • Receive inbound calls and routes as necessary.
  • Provide quality service to all clients (apartment personnel, applicants, and internal staff).
  • Other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of how to read credit reports is a plus
  • Bilingual, Spanish, and English preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1yr+ experience in a similar field, preferred
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and procedures effectively
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including an understanding of Outlook
  • Basic typing skills
  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to remain calm
  • Have availability to work 8:30am to 5pm or 9:30am-6pm M-F

 

CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Non-Exempt
